About the Speaker
Nipun P. Singhvi
He is a practicing Advocate at the Gujarat High Court and various High Courts, Tribunals, and the Supreme Court. He has been a Member of the World Bank Insolvency Group on ‘Train the Trainers’ jointly with IBBI and IPA of all three institutes, ICAI, ICSI & ICMAI. NCLT has appointed him to convene meetings as Chairman in disputed cases of Oppression and Mismanagement.
He has delivered more than 1600 lectures on various laws. He is a regular faculty member at ICAI, ICSI, nationalized banks, CAG, trade associations, etc., and has written numerous articles in various tax and corporate law journals. He is invited as a panelist for debate shows on national television like Zee Business.
He is an expert on Corporate, Commercial, and Insolvency Laws. Advised and handled Insolvency cases having debt worth more than Rs.1,00,000 Crores, including various landmark cases.
