About the Organiser
The Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University is the law school of Aligarh Muslim University which has a history of over 100 years of teaching and writing law. The teaching of Law in Aligarh Muslim University was introduced in the year 1883. Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, the Founder was greatly impressed by the Programme of Legal Education in British Universities.
So, he was very keen to have legal education on that pattern at Aligarh Muslim University. Our Faculty
of Law has produced innumerable legal icons who have rendered their services to many reputed Law Faculties in India. Their services have been acknowledged both at the Bench and the Bar.
About the Event
Sir Syed National Moot Court Competition-2024 is being organized from 24th February to 2nd March at the Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University.
Eligibility
Students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LLB Degree from any recognized institute.

Online mode through Google form link (given at the end of the post). Submission through official e-mail of the event nmcc.amu@gmail.com.
Fee
Rs. 2000 only in the form of a Demand Draft or Bank Transfer in favour of the Dean of Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University.

- Brochure release: 8th February
- The last date for seeking clarifications: 15th February
- Last date of submission of memorials: 22nd February
- Selection of top 4 teams based on memorial evaluation: 24th February
- Orientation of the top 4 teams: 1st March
- Semi-finals and Finals: 2nd March
