Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program.
- Strong academic performance and a demonstrated interest in the legal field.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and databases is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research and the preparation of legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and agreements.
- Support attorneys in case management and preparation for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
- Participate in the review and analysis of laws and regulations relevant to our industry.
- Contribute to the maintenance and organization of legal files and documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal and compliance issues.
- Assist in drafting and editing legal correspondence and reports.
