About the Internship:
Are you a law enthusiast eager to gain practical experience in the legal field? Enterslice Pvt Ltd is looking for a Legal Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Legal Intern, you will have the work from home opportunity to work on various legal aspects, with a focus on ROS, Compliance, and Filing.
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing projects and client requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Work closely with the legal team on matters related to ROS (Registrar of Companies), compliance, and filing.
- Draft legal correspondence and reports for clients.
- Stay updated on relevant legal regulations and changes in the field.
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and client interactions under the guidance of senior legal professionals.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
- Strong interest in legal research, drafting, and compliance.
- Knowledge of International Law, ROS, compliance, and filing processes is a significant advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the legal industry.
