About the Opportunity
This internship is designed for legal students eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world legal challenges, focusing on contract drafting and a variety of legal activities. As a Legal Intern, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Corporate Lawyer, offering a unique opportunity to delve into legal processes, enhance your drafting skills, and gain exposure to international legal practices all from a remote (work from home) setting.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Support the legal team in research and analysis related to corporate law, employment law, and international regulations affecting remote operations.
- Participate in the preparation of legal advice and compliance strategies.
- Contribute to the management of intellectual property and data protection policies.
- Help in coordinating with external counsel and participating in legal projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled or freshly graduated in a Law Degree or equivalent legal studies program.
- A strong academic record with a keen interest in corporate law, international law, or related fields.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, international work environment.
- Proficient in English; additional language skills e.g. Dutch are a plus.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
