About the Internship

The Internship is intended for law students seeking to put their skills and knowledge to use in the context of Securities and Capital Market Laws, Contract Drafting and Corporate and Commercial Laws demanding the respect of the requirements of Corporate Lawyers.

They offer a good opportunity to apply your Contract Drafting Skills and gain practical in- hand experience. This Internship shall be for the period of One- month which may be extended to two months on performance basis.

Eligibility

• Pursuing LLB / Law degree courses from any recognised law school. Students shall be in their 2nd and 3rd years of the three-year degree and in the 3rd, 4th and 5th years of the five-year degree.
• Candidates with the well-versed basic knowledge of the law but not limited to Companies Act, Contract Act, Capital Market and Securities Law shall be preferred.
• Candidates shall be available for One month long Online Internship

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities of a legal intern may include But not limited to -:

• Conducting legal research on Securities and Capital Market Laws, Crowdfunding laws and regulations in India
• Drafting Contracts such as Revenue Share, Profit Share, Convertible Note and Legal documents such as terms and conditions, privacy policies, and user agreements for our website.
• Assisting with compliance and regulatory matters related to crowdfunding
• Developing and implementing a strategy for promoting our platform to potential fundraisers/startups and investors/donators.
