About the Organiser

Himalayan Group Of Professional Institutions encourages innovation in education and entrepreneurship. It provides the drive, intelligence, and contemporary infrastructure to all its stakeholders and inspires them to be inventive, ingenious, and imaginative, whether it is education or entrepreneurship. This vision has led to the successful development of our “Skill Development Centre” which is by far one of the largest “SDC” across the state.

The SDC or the Centre of Excellence has been established on the lines of “Skill India Mission”, where the concept has been designed to provide learning which is oriented on practical and is driven by industry expertise so that the students have the learning on latest technologies and skill sets that will help them to become professionals. 

About the Competition

With an objective to raise the standards of Clinical Legal Education in India, the Himalayan group of professionals institutions, college of Law  in collaboration to Simran law,Law firm in Chandigarh announces 1th edition of  National Online Moot Court Competition 2024. Moot Court Competitions, which is a mandatory part of the law curriculum in our law school offers a practical and application-based approach to learning of law.

It gives the law students the necessary free space to interpret and analyze legal provisions in the context of a given legal regime, while trying to solve a practical problem. The H.P college of Law is dedicated to promote this aspect of legal training for ensuring a wholesome legal education.

Eligibility

Students duly enrolled and pursuing full time 5 years or 3-year undergraduate law course from India.

Fee

A registration fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand Only) is to be paid by way of Online Money Transfer/UPI/Google Pay in favour of H.P College of Law.
