About the Opportunity
Their Chamber invites applications for the position of hard-working and dedicated interns for a long-term basis for the Mumbai office in the profile of Litigation, Drafting, and Compliances before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Metropolitan Magistrates, National Company Law Tribunal, Charity Commissioner and various other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Roles & Responsibilities
The profile shall include assisting and handling matters before the aforesaid judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, drafting notices, petitions, appeals, applications, and relevant documents about commercial and civil matters, and also considering the entire filing procedures of all the cases across Mumbai.
Work shall also be comprised of filing Intellectual Property Rights (“IPR”) applications about Trademark, Copyrights, and Patents including but not limited to Labour Licenses, Incorporation licenses, and certificates and licenses for Food Industries.
