Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and pleadings, using MS Word and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Attend client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings, taking notes, and preparing summaries for attorneys’ review.
- Manage and organize case files and legal documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy accessibility for reference purposes.
- Support attorneys in administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing legal databases.
- Collaborate with the legal team to brainstorm and develop strategies for legal cases, contributing valuable insights and ideas.
