Lexosphere is more than just a legal platform; it’s a student-run initiative officially registered with the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India. Since our inception on November 2023, we’ve been committed to offering law students, academicians, and professionals unique opportunities to grow and engage in the legal field. We aim to bridge the gap between theory and practice by offering hands-on experience through our events, courses, and publishing platform.

About the Certificate Course

The course is designed by experienced legal professionals to provide young lawyers with a strong foundation in drafting pleadings for civil, criminal, and constitutional proceedings. It emphasizes clear and concise communication, accurate language, and logical structuring of arguments. Practical exercises and mock drafting assignments to enhance their skills, and the course stays updated with recent legal developments. By the end, young lawyers will be equipped to draft effective, persuasive, and legally sound pleadings that represent their clients’ interests in court.

Course Instructor

Dr. Soubhadra Mukherjee. Advocate, Supreme Court of India – Experience of more than five years as a practicing Advocate at High Court Delhi & Supreme Court of India in the field of Cyberlaw, Criminal (Bail and Trials), Civil Matters, Writ Petitions, Banking and Service matters. Skilled writer & Experience in dispute resolution by Mediation and Arbitration.
