About the Internship

Their Chamber invites applications for the position of hard-working and dedicated interns for a long-term basis for the Mumbai office in the profile of Litigation, Drafting, and Compliances before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Metropolitan Magistrates, National Company Law Tribunal, Charity Commissioner and various other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Mode of Internship

Their chamber works on a hybrid model I.e., work at the office and work from home basis.

Responsibilities

The profile shall include assisting and handling matters before the aforesaid judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, drafting of notices, petitions, appeals, applications, and relevant documents pertaining to commercial and civil matters, and also to considering the entire filing procedures of all the cases across Mumbai.

Work shall also be comprised of filing Intellectual Property Rights (“IPR”) applications pertaining to Trademark, Copyright, and Patent including but not limited to Labour Licenses, Incorporation licenses, and certificates and licenses for Food Industries.

Stipend

The internship shall be paid.
