About the Internship

H.K.J. & Associates is seeking law students to join their Office in Mayur Vihar, Delhi, for a one-month paid internship in November 2024.

Eligibility

• 4th/5th-year B.A. LL.B. and 2nd/3rd-year LL.B. students based in NCR.
• Candidates with knowledge of Property Law, basic drafting, and due diligence skills.
• Interest in real estate and property law, with prior corporate team internship experience (law firms or in-house preferred)

Responsibilities

• Drafting & Conveyancing: Work with documents like sale deeds, lease agreements and more.
• Property Due Diligence & Title Search: Engage in title investigations and evaluation processes for properties across India.
• Legal Compliance & Registration: Gain exposure to statutory requirements, approvals, and project sanctions.
• Litigation Support: Assist in civil, criminal, and commercial matters
