M A Gani Associates is inviting applications from eligible and interested candidates for an offline internship program at its office in Navi Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting of litigation and Non Litigation documents under our guidance.
- Visiting various Court/s of civil and criminal (Inclusive judiciary of District / Secession / High court /Consumer forums and other local co-operative courts within any jurisdiction of Maharashtra) to pursue any kind of application and new case filing.
- Visiting the Property registrar office / Tahsildar / Talathi / land record of 7/12 within any jurisdiction of Maharashtra as and when required.
- Work and deal with civil, criminal, matrimonial cases, cheque bouncing cases, corporate finance companies, and other applications of heirship and any kind of declaration litigation as an independent advocate office.
Eligibility Criteria
- Are available for the part time job/internship
- Can start the part time job/internship willing to joint Immediately
- Are available for duration of 6 months
- Are from or open to relocate to Navi Mumbai and neighboring cities, Only for interdistrict / interstates candidates free accomodation only for stay (with out esteem benefit i.e. light bill and Internet) and scooty (without petrol) will be provided from our end.
